On 17th of September 2018, TPCO America Corporation (the “Corporation”) received a notice from its controlling shareholder, TEDA Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (“TEDA Holding”), which held 57% share capital of the Corporation, stating that TEDA Holding had recently acquired the other 43% share capital pursuant to a share transfer agreement. After the transfer, TEDA Holding held 100% share capital of the Corporation, and became the Corporation’s sole shareholder and the Corporation’s name (formerly known as TPCO America Corporation) changed to TEDA TPCO America Corporation.
