General Laborer
JOB SUMMARY: Position is responsible for basic manual labor, using a forklift to load pipe onto slings and conveyor belt and inspecting product loads and moving levers. This position is also responsible for operating the overhead traveling crane to lift, retrieve, and divert product materials and hang slings and operate overhead traveling crane to put materials and finished product into designated place.
Material Handler
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the unloading and loading of inbound/outbound shipments according to the delivery plan, procedures and standards. Responsible for periodic checks of materials to ensure product quality and stock levels. Responsible for operating forklifts and overhead cranes routinely.
NDE Level I & II
JOB SUMMARY: Position is responsible for the operation of NDT (Non Destructive Testing), grinding and saw cutting, daily maintenance work, changing tools, grading samples, and reporting results
Quality Inspector
JOB SUMMARY: Position is responsible for conducting acceptance inspection to determine quality of product.
Electrical Technician
JOB SUMMARY: Plans, lays out, and performs all operations required to install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic equipment and controls including automatic micro-processing equipment. Works closely with engineers and maintenance supervisors, in all aspects, in planning systematic maintenance of electronic systems and instrumentation.
CNC Machinist Operator
JOB SUMMARY: Position operates threading machine, performs daily maintenance work, changes tool settings, threading detection, burring, die-stamping mark, and paint-stenciling mark.
Fluid Maintenance Technician
JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for hydraulic, lubrication equipment commissioning, inspection, maintenance, maintenance management, hydraulic and lubrication parameters check, hydraulic and thin oil management, especially aware of technology related to the fluid system.
Lab Test Technician
JOB SUMMARY: Position is responsible for chemical and mechanical properties testing and metallographic testing of the pipe.
Mechanical Hydraulic Technician
JOB SUMMARY: This position plans, lays out, and performs all operations pertaining to the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipe finishing equipment. Work involves mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting/maintenance responsibilities that require a variety of precision instruments. Inspects, adjust, clears, or lubricates equipment as preventative maintenance. Lays out, installs, and maintains a wide variety electrical control equipment. Works closely with Engineers and maintenance supervisors, in all aspects, in planning systematic maintenance of electronic systems and instrumentation.
