Mechanical Hydraulic TechnicianJOB SUMMARY: This position plans, lays out, and performs all operations pertaining to the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipe finishing equipment. Work involves mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting/maintenance responsibilities that require a variety of precision instruments. Inspects, adjust, cleans, or lubricates equipment as preventative maintenance. Lays out, installs, and maintains a wide variety of electrical control equipment. Works closely with Engineers and maintenance supervisors, in all aspects, in planning systematic maintenance of electronic systems and instrumentation.
Environmental SpecialistJOB SUMMARY: Monitor the Company’s environment, environmental protection plan, environmental inspections, preventing environmental incidents, investigating, analyzing and handling environmental incidents; comprehensively accomplish pollution prevention and company’s waste management; collecting and analyzing environmental related dates and transmitting environmental information to TCEQ and other related organizations.
CouplingJOB SUMMARY: Position is responsible for operation of the Coupling application machine, routine daily maintenance work, changing tools, carrying couplings, and calculating the J value of pipe.
Lab Test TechnicianJOB SUMMARY: Position is responsible for chemical and mechanical properties test and metallographic test of the pipe.
Logistics/Inventory ControlJOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing products incoming and outgoing according to delivery plan, procedures and standards and coordinates outsourced storage and transportation, and inputs data required through ERP system.
Machinist/CNC LatheJOB SUMMARY: Position operates threading machine, performs daily maintenance work, changes tool settings, threading detection, burring, die-stamping mark, and paint-stenciling mark.
NDE Level I & IIJOB SUMMARY: Position is responsible for the operation of NDT (Non Destructive Testing), grinding and saw cutting, daily maintenance work, changing tools, grading samples, and reporting results.
Quality InspectionJOB SUMMARY: Position is responsible for conducting acceptance inspection to determine quality of product.
Tool Crib CoordinatorJOB SUMMARY: This position works in a warehouse/production floor setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This position orders, receives, stores, and issues consumable supplies with the production area in a timely manner. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, tape dispensers, and forklift/overhead crane in a limited role. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
